The Client Advisory Services team is comprised of three sub-teams:

• Private Equity, Investor, and Plan Design
• Culture & Business Transformation
• Financial Wellbeing

As the lead of the Private Equity, Investor, and Plan Design team, the Director plays a crucial role in collaborating with investors and companies to design and structure shared ownership plans. They are responsible for managing relationships with Ownership Works’ private equity partners, helping them identify companies that are well-suited for shared ownership, and shaping the design elements of the shared ownership programs at those companies. The Director is also responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and closing new private equity partners. The Director will also be accountable for creating new employee ownership models to meet the evolving needs of our clients. The Director works closely with colleagues across the Client Advisory Services team, collaborating with experts in cultural transformation and employee financial wellbeing to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients. This role is vital to scaling employee ownership and driving its adoption across new sectors of the economy.

We’re looking for an experienced, mission-driven professional to join our Partnerships team and lead the development and execution of two emerging strategic initiatives:

• The Principal, Partnerships (Financial Institutions Lead) will lead our strategy to engage financial institutions in the shared ownership movement.
• This role will also lead the execution of our frontline worker program, which aims to leverage the networks and connections of our partners, including financial institutions, to increase adoption of shared ownership in industries that employ significant numbers of hourly employees, such as retail, hospitality, and healthcare.

This role is ideal for a strategic relationship builder who’s passionate about economic justice and energized by cultivating networks, designing programs, and collaborating across sectors. Reporting to the Senior Director, Partnerships, the Principal will play a key role in engaging and expanding the Ownership Works’ Partner Consortium, a core driver of the shared ownership movement.

We’re looking for a mission-driven professional to join our Partnerships team. This role is ideal for a strong project manager and relationship builder who is passionate about economic justice and energized by cultivating networks, designing programs, and collaborating across sectors. The Senior Associate will support the Partnerships team in building, engaging, and connecting the Ownership Works’ partner consortium, a core driver of the shared ownership movement.
