Ownership Works is seeking a driven and mission-oriented management consultant to lead and manage engagements with private equity investors and private and public companies as they implement shared ownership programs.

The Principal will drive the tempo of engagements, ensuring that companies are efficiently and effectively moving through the stages of structuring and implementing a shared ownership program. The successful candidate will have a passion for business transformation, social enterprise, value creation, and teamwork. This leader should have significant experience with client-facing project delivery, team leadership, and private equity value creation programs, as well as exceptional project management and interpersonal skills.

Ownership Works is excited to offer a dynamic summer internship program designed to provide interns with a unique learning experience. Interns at O.W. will have the opportunity to delve into the world of employee ownership and its impact on public and private companies.

The internship will focus on supporting the development and implementation of new models of broad-based employee ownership. Interns will gain insight into how employee ownership enhances corporate cultures, increases employee engagement and satisfaction, and creates alignment of interests between employees and employers to foster better outcomes for companies and workers. Interns will have excellent exposure to PE deal teams and the management teams at their portfolio companies.
