Anna-Lisa Miller joined Ownership Works in August 2021 and serves as its founding Executive Director. She is responsible for the organization’s strategy, key partnerships, growth, and overall impact.
Anna-Lisa’s career reflects a longstanding commitment to expanding shared ownership, advancing racial equity, and driving systemic change within business, government, and social structures. As an experienced nonprofit leader, she has a proven track record of developing organizations, programs, and partnerships that create social returns for stakeholders and communities.
Previously, Anna-Lisa served as the Development Director at Project Equity, a peer organization that helps local businesses and communities discover the power of employee ownership. Prior to this role, Anna-Lisa served as Chief Operating Officer of The Kohala Center, a Hawaii-based sustainable development organization, where she led teams to success across a diverse portfolio of programs spanning shared ownership to watershed restoration. In that role, she also served on the Executive Committee of the Hawaii Lieutenant Governor’s Farm to School Program, for which she received recognition from the Hawaii State Senate.
Anna-Lisa began her career as a corporate attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. She practiced law for five years in New York City, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. in the areas of corporate and public finance. In 2014, she transitioned to the nonprofit sector to pursue her passion for expanding economic opportunity.

Ron serves as the Director of Operations & Finance at Ownership Works where he is charged with helping the organization build and scale its finance, human resource and operations areas. Having spent the last 18+ years in the Finance and Energy industries, Ron has developed deep expertise across a range of disciplines, including project management, financial planning & analysis, and external (SEC), and regulatory reporting. Prior to joining Ownership Works, Ron spent five years with American Express where he led the team of finance professionals in charge of accounting and reporting for the firm's Derivatives and Hedging portfolio. Ron started his early accounting career with PWC's assurance group before then joining Nextera Energy and what would become a decade-long foray in the energy industry. Ron has a passion for finance process optimization and relishes working at the intersection of Entrepreneurship, Private Equity, and Social Impact. Ron is a committee member of the New York Society of CPAs and serves on the board of trustees for the American Repertory Ballet. Ron holds BSc. and MSc. degrees in accounting and is an alumnus of NYU Stern School of Business where he completed his MBA.Ed Felenbok

Ed joined Ownership Works in November 2024 as a Senior Director on the Client Advisory Services team. He is responsible for leading the organization’s Hands-on Guidance team, which provides both investors and companies with the practical models, tools, and resources to implement shared ownership programs.
Ed spent his 12-year professional career in management consulting with Bain & Company. He was a Partner in Bain’s Consumer Products and Customer Practices. His client work focused on corporate and M&A strategy, end-to-end brand growth strategy, value creation transformation, operating model reimagination, and customer experience transformation. In addition to his client work, Ed was deeply involved in developing cutting-edge mentorship and coaching programs for Bain. Born and raised in France, Ed worked in Brussels, San Francisco, New York, South Africa, and Nigeria.
Ed believes deeply in Ownership Works’ mission. Growing up in a privileged environment in Paris, he was always acutely aware of his responsibility to pay forward what he received by creating a fairer economy with equal access to opportunity. Through his consulting work, Ed developed a passion for reinvigorating corporate culture and making every job more fulfilling. He sees shared ownership programs as a unique tool to achieve both goals.
Ed holds an Executive Certification from the MIT Sustainability in Action Program, a Master of Science degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Master of Science degree in Mathematics, Physics and Economics from École Polytechnique (Paris).

Dave joined Ownership Works in July 2022, after spending almost 38 years with EY. He is responsible for advising and assisting companies and investors with the implementation of broad-based employee ownership programs.
During his nearly 38 years with EY, Dave’s primary expertise was in delivering transaction advisory services to private equity and corporate clients involved in M&A activities. Dave is widely recognized within EY as one of the longest-tenured partners specializing in global services to private equity firms. While there, he was responsible for overseeing the delivery of EY services to hundreds of private equity-owned companies of various sizes spanning numerous sectors and geographies. His work on well over 500 transactions between 1993 and 2010 led him to spend time in most of the major cities in North America as well as in Germany, the UK and France.
He is passionate about using his expertise and relationships to help companies build better businesses and make a positive impact on people’s lives. He has both moderated and participated on panels and events around the private equity community sponsored by Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School, MIT Sloan, and NYU Stern School.
Dave is a CPA, received a Masters in Accounting from Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College.

Ken joined Ownership Works in August 2022 to support the buildout of its equity structuring and implementation efforts. In addition to this role, Ken is a senior executive and investor focused on cyber/technology innovation and developing next generation leaders.
Ken joined Deloitte Consulting in 1987. During his 30 year career at Deloitte, he held significant executive/P&L responsibilities, including building and leading significant practices in North America and India. Ken’s client service responsibilities focused on multi-year transformation programs at his clients, often including major technology and infrastructure changes. Ken’s primary industry concentrations were in Financial Service (insurance, retail and commercial banking) and the Public Sector. Ken helped to establish Deloitte’s technology strategy practice, including establishing development programs for next generation CIOs and leading research on board governance of technology matters.
Having retired from Deloitte, Ken served a five year term as Executive Director of CEO Perspectives, a leadership development program for C-level executives of Fortune 500 companies. Graduates of the program include over 40 CEO’s of publicly-held companies. Ken continues as an Advisor to the program. Ken also serves as an Operating Partner with Kinzie Capital Partners, a private equity investment fund.
Ken is a board member of SteelCloud, LLC, a leader in cybersecurity solutions in high-security federal environments; of MetroEdge Development Partners, LLC, an edge computing service provider; and Colony Display, LLC, a supplier to the retail sector. He also serves as chair of the board of advisors for the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University, a post he assumed in 2011. Ken is leading the board during a significant expansion at the school, particularly in the areas of nano and biotechnology, and computer sciences.
Ken has served on and chaired multiple not-for-profit boards and has written and spoken extensively on the topic of board governance of information technology. He and his wife of 43 years, Sherry McFall, live in Highland Park, Illinois and Scottsdale Arizona. Ken is a 22-time marathoner and ultra-marathoner and pursues many outdoor sports, including skiing, golf and mountaineering.

Jessica joined Ownership Works in October 2023 to serve as a Senior Advisor on the Client Advisory Services team. She is responsible for leading the organization’s Hands-on Guidance team, which provides both investors and companies with the practical models, tools, and resources to implement shared ownership programs.
Jessica believes deeply in Ownership Works’ mission and comes to the team after more than 25 years in client-facing and leadership roles with three of the world’s leading management consulting firms: Bain & Company, Deloitte, and Accenture. In her capacity as a consulting partner, she has worked globally designing and delivering value creation plans across multiple industry sectors in parallel with her internal practice building and leadership responsibilities.
Jessica has a long-standing commitment to mission-driven organizations, serving on several non-profit boards including more than 10 years with the New York Theatre Ballet (NYTB).

Gaye, a seasoned executive with a proven track record in leadership and organizational development, joined Ownership Works in May 2024 as a Senior Advisor. With over three decades of operating executive experience and a deep understanding of organizational culture, Gaye brings a unique perspective to her role.
Gaye is responsible for advising and assisting Ownership Works, our clients, and investors in developing and implementing broad-based shared ownership programs. She has a strong focus on helping design and implementing a “culture of ownership.”
Gaye’s career includes leadership roles at industry-leading companies such as Kraft Foods, CIGNA, Reed Elsevier, and Vistage. These experiences along with serving as the CEO of The Johnsson Group, a finance consulting firm, enable her to understand the “on the ground” practical opportunities and challenges of implementing shared ownership programs and cultures.
Gaye has served on the board of an ESOP company and currently serves on the board of a Chicago based private equity-backed company.
Her commitment to mission-focused organizations is demonstrated by her nonprofit leadership work on the boards of the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago, Winning Workplaces, and the Chicago Finance Exchange.
Gaye has been a frequent speaker on workplace culture. Gaye and her husband John have one son, and live in Lincolnshire, IL.

Leigh Weiss is a Senior Advisor at Ownership Works where she guides the development of the culture and engagement program. Leigh has spent her career at the intersection of employee engagement and purpose, leadership development and organizational performance. During her 21+ years at McKinsey and as a Senior Advisor to the company, she counseled hundreds of CEOs and leadership teams across industries to build healthier, higher performing organizations. She brings deep expertise about the management and employee practices that lead to high performance cultures and how leaders and employees can make better, faster decisions. Leigh has published extensively on organizational culture and change, decision making and governance, and social networks. Her articles have appeared in Harvard Business Review, McKinsey Quarterly, Sloan Management Review, Journal of Management Studies, and Organizational Dynamics as well as on McKinsey.com. Her work has been quoted in Business Week, The London Times, The Financial Times, and other media. Early in her career, Leigh served for a year on the faculty of the Harvard Business School as a postdoctoral fellow and was an Investment Banking Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs in London. Melissa joined Ownership Works in 2022 and she leads our work on Financial Inclusion and Resilience. In this role, she is responsible for partnering with the private and nonprofit sectors to develop and implement programs that increase employees’ personal financial capability and wellness.
Previously, Melissa was a director at Lion’s Head Global Partners, an investment bank operating across frontier and emerging markets globally. While there, she worked with clients from the public and private sector on projects focused on financial inclusion and women’s economic empowerment.
Prior to joining Lion’s Head, Melissa was an Analyst in Global Policy Development at Soros Fund Management. She managed policy-related projects for the principals of the fund and designed and implemented impact investment strategies. Melissa has also worked at the Open Society Foundations in New York managing grants for African civil society organizations as well as the Council on Foreign Relations, where she did research on conflict, technology, and democracy in Africa.
Melissa holds a master’s degree in international affairs from the New School in New York. She sits on the Fund for Global Human Rights board, an organization that funds local human rights activists and groups in over 50 countries. She also serves on the board of Emerging Public Leaders, a fellowship program that places young professionals in the civil service in Ghana, Kenya, and Liberia.

Michael McHugh joined Ownership Works in November 2021 and focuses on securing the resources and activating the partners needed to bring shared ownership to scale. Michael has been working at mission-driven organizations in New York City for 10+ years, with a career focus on worker ownership and economic democracy.
He most recently served as the manager for national grants and investments at Project Equity, a nonprofit advancing employee ownership among small businesses. Prior to, he worked as a national staffer for a 2020 US presidential campaign helping to advance an unprecedented economic justice agenda. Michael also served as assistant director for the Platform Cooperativism Consortium based at The New School, where he supported the growth of worker-owned platforms in the gig economy. In 2018, he completed graduate studies at The New School for Social Research where he was appointed a Fellow at the Heilbroner Center for Capitalism Studies. His master’s thesis, earning a high pass with honors, explored how The New School as a university could transition to a worker-owned model, strengthening its culture and deepening its mission.
Michael began his career working in the executive office of The Posse Foundation, supporting the Chief Operating Officer and senior leadership team. He studied sociology and philosophy at Grinnell College, earning his degree with honors and graduating Phi Beta Kappa. Michael is originally from the Midwest and enjoys creating community in New York City. He is an active member of the Pride Basketball League and is a former resident of the Penington Friends House.

Emily joined Ownership Works in 2023 as a Principal on the Client Advisory Services team, where she is responsible for supporting clients in the development, strategy, and execution of shared ownership programs and services.
Prior to joining Ownership Works, Emily was a Director at Social Finance, an impact finance and advisory nonprofit. In this role, she worked with clients across the public, private, and social sectors to create partnerships and investments that seek to measurably improve lives. Emily’s portfolio of work focused on promoting stable, high-quality employment and helping to build strong and healthy families.
Previously, Emily worked in strategy consulting as a Manager at Kaiser Associates, providing advisory services to clients across healthcare, industrials, and private equity. She began her career as a Research Associate at the Education Advisory Board (EAB).
Emily holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jessica joined Ownership Works in June 2023 as part of the Marketing and Communications team. In this role, Jessica brings her expertise as a writer, content strategist, and storyteller to expand awareness about Ownership Works and the shared ownership movement to build wealth and economic prosperity for all workers.
Jessica has centered her career around helping organizations to effectively tell their stories, reach new audiences, and drive readers to action on digital platforms. Before joining Ownership Works, Jessica was the Director of Editorial at the nonprofit Teach For America, where she informed audiences about educational inequity and inspired readers to demand better for children through multimedia storytelling and innovative marketing and fundraising campaigns. Previously, Jessica supported several organizations with their content and marketing efforts, including the national law firm Morgan & Morgan and tech giant AOL.
Jessica was born and raised in New York, where she graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a B.A. in English literature. She is a proud first-generation college graduate.

Sofia is an organizational practitioner with a decade of experience driving large-scale change. She specializes in leveraging data to design human-centered employee journeys and drive inclusive cultures, particularly within frontline workforces.
At McKinsey & Company, Sofia partnered with organizations to shape and implement large-scale transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, she spearheaded change management programs, and developed equity and inclusion strategies to embed equitable practices into daily operations. Sofia was also one of the main faculty members of the Connected Leaders Academy, a pro-bono effort to equip future leaders with the skills needed to accelerate racial equity in the workplace. Sofia has authored research exploring economic mobility, the frontline experience in the U.S. workforce, and organizational trends in the social sector.
Beyond corporate experience, Sofia has supported and contributed to organizations in the nonprofit, education, and healthcare spaces.
Sofia holds a degree in Communication Studies from Northeastern University, specializing in Organizational Communication and Information Design.

Alex joined Ownership Works in November 2021 to manage partnerships with investors, corporations, and non-profits. Alex's career has focused on roles that apply economics and public policy to address pressing financial and social issues. He has a longstanding belief in shared ownership as a pathway to social prosperity.
Previously, Alex was an associate at TPG on the Y Analytics impact team, where he led social impact assessment of potential investments in the education and healthcare sectors. Prior to that, he was a research assistant at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau where he contributed to economic research and policy initiatives to protect American consumers.
Alex holds an MPA from the Princeton School of Policy and International Affairs and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Claire joined Ownership Works in April 2024 as a Senior Manager on the Advancement & Partnerships team. In this role, she is responsible for engaging the organization’s supporters and raising the funds necessary to realize O.W.’s ambitious impact goals. Claire is passionate about the employee ownership movement and is proud to champion Ownership Work’s mission.
Claire’s career in nonprofit fundraising demonstrates her drive to empower philanthropists with strategic opportunities they find personally meaningful. Prior to joining Ownership Works, she was a Senior Director at CCS Fundraising, a strategic nonprofit consultancy. There, she partnered with nonprofit leaders to implement capacity-building initiatives, as well as plan and execute fundraising campaigns ranging from $15 million to more than $1 billion. A few of Claire’s notable client engagements include the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, Bard College, and Kids in Need of Defense.
Prior to joining CCS Fundraising, Claire worked on the Major Gifts team at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she supported all components of donor and volunteer engagement. Claire began her career at the Vanguard Group, where she worked in high-net-worth wealth management.
Claire is originally from Massachusetts and holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Lehigh University. She lives in Manhattan with her husband, Blaine, and enjoys calligraphy, letterpress printing at the Center for Book Arts, and the NYT crossword in her free time.

Tara joined Ownership Works in 2023 as a Manager on the Client Advisory Services team. She supports clients throughout their journey in implementing shared ownership plans, from plan structuring to employee engagement and financial inclusion initiatives. Tara has a particular interest in the role that the private equity industry can play in advancing social causes and is passionate about the meaningful impact employee ownership can have on the financial outcomes of low- and moderate-income workers.
Previously, Tara was an Associate for the private equity firm Shamrock Capital, where she performed analysis and due diligence on investments of TV, film, and music intellectual property rights for the Content Fund. She began her career as an investment banking analyst for Wells Fargo Securities. She also has nonprofit board experience within the education sector.
Tara holds a B.S.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jeri Brown Martin joined Ownership Works in 2023 as a Manager on the Client Advisory Services team, where she is responsible for managing client relationships and supporting clients in the implementation and maintenance of shared ownership programs.
Prior to joining Ownership Works, Jeri was an Associate at Kirkland and Ellis LLP, a leading international law firm. At Kirkland and Ellis, Jeri was a member of the firm’s Executive Compensation practice group and worked directly with private equity clients to support the implementation of executive compensation plans in connection with the mergers and acquisitions of their portfolio companies. Previously, Jeri was also an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and a member of their Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group.
Jeri holds a B.A. in Public Policy, with minors in Education and Spanish for the Professions from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

John joined Ownership Works in September 2023 as a Manager, Client Advisory Services. In this role, he manages partnerships with investors, corporations, and nonprofits. John has worked in the employee ownership and profit-sharing field for the past 10 years. He has built his career on his experience of seeing shared ownership unlock greater prosperity for investors, employees, and communities.
Previously, John was a manager at the NYC Department of Small Business Services, where he led programs that provided pandemic recovery grants, education, and financing assistance to small business owners. He also served as an employee ownership researcher at Harvard Business School and Rutgers and as an advisor to lower middle market firms transitioning to employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).
John holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Sara joined Ownership Works in May 2023 as Manager, Operations & HR.
Most recently, Sara worked at Amazon Web Services on the Talent Acquisition Operations team as a Program Manager, building out high volume hiring processes for a distributed team. She previously worked at the non-profit Association of National Advertisers Educational Foundation (AEF) where she worked to build the talent pipeline program aimed at democratizing access to job opportunities and helping organizations hire diverse talent.
She began her career working in audit & consulting at Protiviti. She earned her bachelor's and master’s degrees in accounting from Binghamton University.

Jessica joined Ownership Works in January 2024 as an Administrator, Salesforce & Fundraising Operations. Jessica is passionate about helping organizations reenergize, rethink, and revamp their operations strategy.
Most recently, Jessica was Director of Sales Operations at Circana (previously The NPD Group), helping lead efforts around outbound prospect communication, data analytics, and strategy. Working across the retail, financial services, and food industries, Jessica advised both the business development and marketing teams while leading with data-driven insights. She worked directly with the executive leadership and sales teams to provide a holistic view of key business metrics through customized reporting to help inform ongoing internal and external conversations. Jessica was also on the Salesforce Classic to Lightning Steering Committee, conducting a global analysis on user adoption and providing ongoing feedback on the overall migration. Prior to her role as Director, she led global adoption of Salesforce as Commercial Salesforce Manager, training, supporting, and modifying Salesforce to optimize the user experience.
Jessica began her Salesforce career as Program Outcomes Manager at Literacy Inc, a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting resources within the community and leveraging them to surround families with literacy-rich environments throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. She was instrumental in building Literacy Inc’s Salesforce instance, building out all internal reporting needs, training, processes, and best practices. Utilizing the power of Salesforce, Literacy Inc expanded their reach and partnered with organizations like The W.K. Kellogg Foundation, The Pinkerton Foundation, and The New York City Council.
Jessica is a proud New Yorker, attending Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School for Performing Arts as a vocalist and earned a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from Mercy College.

Mahnoor joined Ownership Works in October 2022 as part of the Marketing and Communications team. Prior to joining Ownership Works, she led the digital marketing efforts for Aptimized, a start-up technology consulting firm in Wayne, New Jersey. Throughout her experience, Mahnoor demonstrated a deep desire for learning and growth by prioritizing an understanding-first approach.
From academic consulting during her time as an undergraduate to interning with the Small Business Administration, Mahnoor deeply enjoys developing and executing communications and digital marketing strategies for small businesses to promote meaningful missions and establish positive change in the world. She participated in the Rutgers New Brunswick NEW Leadership Program at the Center for American Women and Politics, working alongside young women with a leadership mindset and a dedicated desire for change.
Mahnoor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Mathematics in May 2021 from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Previously, Steffani was a Business Analyst with McKinsey & Company where she focused on supporting clients on growth strategy and organizational design implementation.

Caroline joined Ownership Works in November 2022. As a Senior Associate on the Client Advisory Services team, Caroline supports clients with implementing holistic shared ownership programs and develops client-facing content focused on how companies can create meaningful cultures of high engagement and ownership. She is passionate about the potential for businesses to positively impact the lives of employees and their families by sharing wealth and economic opportunity.
In her previous role, Caroline worked at Share Our Strength on the Grants team, supporting the No Kid Hungry campaign’s grantmaking strategy. Caroline managed a pilot grant fund and grantee cohort focused on advancing organizations’ programmatic and organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She also enhanced reporting and compliance processes, conducted qualitative impact analyses, and led efforts to prioritize equitable grantmaking practices.
Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies with honors from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2020.

Adam joined Ownership Works in February 2024 as a Senior Associate on the Client Advisory Services team. In this role, Adam supports clients in designing and implementing shared ownership programs. Adam is particularly passionate about building broad coalitions that work toward more equitable systems of wealth creation and distribution.
Prior to joining Ownership Works, Adam served as an Alter Global VC fellow at Clara, a fintech startup based in Mexico City, where he drove improvements in operational efficiencies and growth strategy. Previously, Adam worked in management consulting at Deloitte, helping government and public service clients with their operating models and human capital strategy. Adam has also spent time working with a nonprofit in Guatemala, supporting a microfinance initiative in North Carolina, and riding his bike across the United States to raise awareness for affordable housing.
Adam graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Science, Technology, and International Affairs from Georgetown University.

Sarah joined Ownership Works in August 2023. In her role, she is responsible for supporting the Executive Director and working with senior leaders on strategic initiatives to create operational efficiencies and streamline internal communications.
Prior to Ownership Works, Sarah spent the last decade primarily working in advertising and public relations developing content and supporting client work spanning across the healthcare, food and beverage, QSR, technology, and travel industries with both B2B & B2C brands. She holds a B.A. in Spanish from Georgia State University.

Saketh joined Ownership Works in March 2023 as an Associate on the Client Advisory Services team. Saketh supports clients in structuring and implementing broad-based shared ownership plans that align the interests of companies and their employees. In this role, Saketh develops financial models to aid in sizing equity plans and to project expected performance improvements for companies. Saketh is motivated by the opportunity to join a movement that helps create meaningful wealth-building opportunities.
Previously, Saketh worked as a Financial Analyst at BVA Group. In this role, he focused on valuation and transaction engagements across various industries.
Saketh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a triple major in Finance, Management Information Systems, and Business Fellows from Baylor University.

Previously, Danielle worked as an executive assistant at Memorial Sloan Kettering, where she managed day-to-day operations for the Talent Acquisition group providing creative problem-solving solutions.

Dylan joined Ownership Works in April 2024 as part of the Finance & Operations team. Before joining Ownership Works, he honed a diverse skillset in his roles at Ernst & Young and The Siegfried Group. From technical accounting researching and external auditing to corporate accounting and financial consulting, Dylan practiced for several unique clients, including Crédit Agricole and Johnson & Johnson. It was through these experiences that Dylan realized just how important relationship building can truly be to an organization’s success.
Through his time in academia and the early stages of his career, Dylan found that the highest degree of success lies in social environments. He believes that for a culture to reach its true flow state, it should empower those on all fronts to express their individuality. Concurrently, he underscores the value of camaraderie both inside and outside the workplace. In his own words, “Whether we sink or swim, we will do it together.”
Dylan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy with a minor in Quantitative Criminology in May 2020 from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ).

Fatima joined the Ownership Works team in January 2024 as a fellow from McKinsey & Company to serve as a Special Projects Manager on the HR & Operations team. Fatima focuses on improving Ownership Works’ project management, goal tracking, and general org development.
During her one-year fellowship, Fatima will leverage her experience to support the Ownership Works’ leadership team in key process improvements across the organization. She is passionate about economic justice and motivated by the opportunity to support a movement that creates meaningful wealth-building opportunities for employees and their families.
Previously, Fatima was a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where her work focused on the strategic development and implementation of large-scale transformations across a variety of public, private, and nonprofit organizations.
Fatima earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a secondary degree in South Asian Studies from Harvard College in May 2021.
