Edge Empowers Employee-Owners with Financial Wellbeing Program

In February 2025, Edge, the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere, located at 30 Hudson Yards, launched a new financial coaching program as part of its broad-based employee ownership plan. Ownership Works and Addition Wealth, a financial wellness provider, developed the program with Edge. It gives employees access to licensed financial coaches and tools to support their long-term financial wellbeing.

At the launch event, employees learned about the program and met with financial coaches at no cost. Hear firsthand how access to resources like financial coaching can help employees take meaningful steps toward goals like paying off student debt or buying a home.
