ISC Employees Share in Big Payout, Showcasing the Power of Ownership

In September 2025, KKR, an Ownership Works Founding Partner, announced the sale of Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) to Onex Partners. Through ISC’s employee ownership program, nearly 400 employees will receive cash payouts at closing, ranging from three to thirty months of annual pay for the most tenured team members.
