At Landscape Workshop, employees now have the opportunity to share in the value they help create. In February 2026, Landscape Workshop launched its Employee Shared Prosperity Program in partnership with Ares Management and Ownership Works. The company announced the program at a company-wide event. It’s designed to give full-time employees across the company a stake in its long-term success, expanding access to ownership and reinforcing Landscape Workshop’s commitment to rewarding performance and sharing value with employees.
