Launching Employee Ownership at PFB Corporation

In March 2024, PFB Corporation officially launched its employee ownership program. At the launch event, all 450 of PFB Corporation’s employees in Canada and the United States learned that they are now owners in the company, sharing in its success and value. The Riverside Company, an O.W. Founding Partner that acquired PFB Corporation in 2021, supported the launch alongside Ownership Works. Watch the video to see the moment employees heard the news.
